Well-being Information Hub

Here we examine the extent to which people can manage the demands placed on their time – are they satisfied with their time use, are they working long hours in work? The ability to manage the competing demands of work, family and leisure/personal commitments on time is an important consideration for personal Well-being. In particular, this section outlines the choices people make around certain aspects of their time use – the extent to which they provide caring hours to someone else who needs it (thereby positively impacting on the Well-being of others).
