Births to Women aged under 20 decreased by 51.7% in ten years, down from 1,616 in 2012 to 781 in 2022.
The Average age of mothers increased by 3.8% in ten years, up from 32 years in 2012 to 33.2 years in 2022.
Main Causes of death in Ireland
Deaths from malignant neoplasms increased by 17.8% in ten years, up from 8,571 in 2012 to 10,100 in 2022.
Deaths from circulatory diseases increased by 4.7% in ten years, up from 9,480 in 2012 to 9,930 in 2022.
Deaths from respiratory diseases increased by 10.8% in ten years, up from 3,497 in 2012 to 3,874 in 2022.
