'Blackrock' the Eircode area with the highest Median price

Median Prices by Eircode Area

In the year to March, the Eircode area with the highest median price for household dwelling purchases was A94 'Blackrock' (€715,000). The five most expensive Eircode areas by median price were in Dublin. The second most expensive Eircode area was D04 'Dublin 4', where the median price was €710,000. The third most expensive area was A96 'Glenageary', which had a median price of €646,000.

The Eircode area with the least expensive median price within Dublin was D10 ‘Dublin 10’, where the median price was €264,000.

Outside of Dublin the most expensive Eircode area over the last twelve months was A63 'Greystones', with a median price of €499,950. The second most expensive Eircode area was A98 'Bray', where the median price was €430,000. The third most expensive was W23 'Celbridge', which had a median price of €391,875.

The least expensive Eircode areas over the last 12 months was F45 'Castlerea', with a median price of €112,250. The second least expensive Eircode area was H14 'Belturbet', where the median price was €116,500. The third least expensive Eircode area was F35 'Ballyhaunis', with a median price of €117,500. 'Dublin 4' the most expensive Eircode area by Mean price

Mean Price by Eircode Area

In the year to March, the most expensive Eircode area for household dwelling purchases was D04 'Dublin 4', with a mean price of €922,806. As with median price, the five most expensive Eircode areas by mean price were all in Dublin. The second most expensive Eircode area was A96 ' Glenageary, where the mean price was €848,583. The third most expensive was D06 'Dublin 6', which had a mean price of €811,993.

The least expensive Eircode area within Dublin was D10 'Dublin 10', with a mean price of €271,121.

Outside of Dublin the most expensive Eircode area was A63 'Greystones', with a mean dwelling price of €522,891. The second most expensive Eircode area outside of Dublin was A98 'Bray', where the mean price was €504,980. The third most expensive was P17 'Kinsale', which had a mean price of €469,169.

The least expensive Eircode area over the last 12 months was F45 'Castlerea', with a mean price of €117,689. The second least expensive Eircode area was F56 'Ballymote', where the mean price was €128,027. The third least expensive area was F35 'Ballyhaunis', which had a mean price of €130,104.
