Respondents were asked if their child eats fruit and vegetables at least once a day. Older children were less likely to be eating fruit and vegetables at least once a day with just over eight in ten (83.0%) doing so, compared with over nine in ten (92.8%) children aged 3 to 8 years.
Respondents were asked if their child has a meal with meat, chicken or fish (or vegetarian equivalent) at least once a day. Over 95% of children across all age groups had a meal with meat, chicken or fish (or vegetarian equivalent) at least once a day.
