Oils and Fats

Among the 37 European countries the highest price levels for Oils and fats were observed in Norway (46% above the EU28 average) while the lowest prices were observed in the North Macedonia (33% below the EU28 average). The Irish prices were 5% above the EU28 average while prices in the United Kingdom were 9% below the EU28 average. Of the Eurozone countries the highest price levels were observed in Austria (28% above the average) while the lowest price levels were observed in Spain (16% below the average), see table 10.1  below.
 
Of the 37 countries Ireland, along with Portugal, was the 22nd most expensive and 13th most expensive of the Eurozone countries.
 
Figure 10.1 shows the data for all 37 countries.
