HSE National Counselling Service is a service which provides free face to face, phone, and video counselling services to adults who experienced childhood abuse or neglect. The HSE Sexual Health Programme is a website run by the HSE that includes details on vaccinations, contraception, STIs, unplanned pregnancy, consent, and more. sexualwellbeing.ie

The B4udecide website provides lots of advice for both parents and teens on things like relationships, contraception, and sexually transmitted infections. www.b4udecide.ie

Turn2me offers online support groups and online therapy with professionals through video or instant message. The service is free to Irish residents over 18. www.turn2me.ie/

Helplink Mental Health operates a free, national gambling addiction counselling service, 7 days a week and out-of-hours: online or by phone. Furthermore, they provide weekly aftercare groups for clients who have completed their one-to-one counselling sessions.

Child and Youth Supports

Jigsaw provides mental health advice and support – online and in person – for young people aged 12 to 25 years old, and for parents or concerned adults.
