The Samaritans is a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year support service for anyone who is experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those who have thoughts of suicide and want someone to talk to.

TUSLA is Ireland’s Child & Family Agency. If you have reasonable grounds for concern that a child may have been, is being, or is at risk of being abused or neglected you can report them to a local social worker.
