Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy)Act 2018 The main purpose of the Act is to set out the law governing access to termination of pregnancy in Ireland. Sections 26 to 28 of the Act provide universal access to termination of pregnancy services for people who are ordinarily resident in the State. Women – from both within and outside the State - may also access the service on a private basis, should they so choose. However, they will have to pay a fee to do so.

5.2.1 Proportion of ever-partnered women and girls aged 15 years and older subjected to physical, sexual or psychological violence by a current or former intimate partner in the previous 12 months, by form of violence and by age

5.2.2 Proportion of women and girls aged 15 years and older subjected to sexual violence by persons other than an intimate partner in the previous 12 months, by age and place of occurrence

5.3 Eliminate all harmful practices, such as child, early and forced marriage and female genital mutilation
