BERs remain valid for ten years from their date of issue, including those awarded under the old rating system. Expired certificates have been included in these tables to better represent the known distribution of energy efficiency in the non-domestic sector.
Provisional BER certificates for buildings that are incomplete or not yet constructed are not included.
