Online Interactive Statistical Tables

The statistics used to create this release are available on PxStat. This YouTube video on the CSO channel describes how to find and view tables on PxStat. You can use this resource to find information on literacy, population, religion, and tenement living from the data available from Census 1911.

The Historical Statistics Recovery (HSR) initiative will continually add to the number of interactive tables available through PxStat.

Original 1911 Census forms

The National Archives websites holds digitised 1901 and 1911 census records which they have made searchable. The 1926 census forms are due to be made available to the public in April 2026. You can find information on the type of home and the living conditions of your ancestors with this resource. Images of the census forms can also be viewed on the website.
