Survey purpose:

The transport omnibus is published annually by the CSO. It is compilation of transport statistics on vehicles licensed, vehicles currently on the road, driving license data, driving test data, national car testing data, penalty points and road safety. The publication also provides data on road lengths, road freight, and road traffic volumes. Aviation data, public transport data (including rail), maritime data and small public service vehicle data are also included in this publication.
