SILC Module on Child Deprivation

Survey purpose:

The purpose of SILC is to collect information on the income and living conditions of different household types in Ireland, in order to derive indicators on poverty, deprivation and social exclusion. The purpose of the child-specific deprivation modules is to collect information on child-specific deprivation in households with at least one household member aged less than 16.
