CSO Months of the Year classification

Introduction

This classification provides a standardised approach to the coding and abbreviation of the names of months of the year for use in data collection, processing and dissemination.

Classification Structure

This is a flat classification consisting of 13 categories, each with a 2-digit code. 

The CSO Classifications Board approved the CSO Standard Months Classification (TXT 1KB)  on May 6th 2004.
