The Central Statistics Office (CSO) recently launched Le Chéile, CSO People Strategy (2020 – 2022). It sets out the CSO's key strategic goals in relation to our staff.

The strategy encompasses four goals:

  • Fostering a great place to work that engages, enables and empowers our people;
  • Building the statistical and non-statistical capacity of our people;
  • Prioritising leadership and management capabilities;
  • Positioning the HR function as a key driver of strategic change.

People are the key enablers for what we do in the CSO, working together, supporting each other, helping to deliver our strategic aims and continuing to grow and flourish. Working together we can empower our People to achieve excellence.
