Live Register
The CSO intends to publish the Live Register for March 2020 as scheduled on Thursday April 2nd. This release will include information on the various schemes which have been put in place to deal with loss of income for those affected by COVID-19. The statistical treatment of these schemes is currently being assessed and will be clearly outlined in the Live Register release
Monthly Unemployment Estimates
The CSO is currently assessing the implications of the COVID-19 income support measures on the compilation of the Monthly Unemployment Estimates (MUE). As a result, it is not possible to publish the MUE release as originally scheduled on March 31st next. Please continue to check the CSO website for updates.
