In December 2022 a Memorandum of Understanding between the CSO and the Health Research Board (PDF 217KB) was agreed.
It was signed by Pádraig Dalton, Director General of the CSO, and Dr Mairéad O'Driscoll, Chief Executive Officer of the Health Research Board.
The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to clarify the roles and responsibilities of , as well as the areas of co-operation between,
the HRB and the CSO with regard to the transmission and use of mortaility data.
