MoU between the CSO and the Department of Children, Disability and Equality in relation to the National Disability Survey

In March 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding was agreed between the CSO and DCDE. The purpose of this MoU is to clarify the roles and responsibilities of, as well as the areas of cooperation between, CSO and DCDE with regard to the NDS.

It sets out the roles and responsibilities of each party, describes the legal basis for the operation of NDS, and describes the governance and operational arrangements for NDS.
