In October 2025, an updated Memorandum of Understanding was agreed between the CSO and Tusla. It was signed by Jennifer Banim, Director General of the CSO, and Kate Duggan, Chief Executive of Tusla.
The purpose of this MoU is to clarify the roles and responsibilities of, as well as the areas of cooperation between, CSO and Tusla with regard to the transmission and use of the CSO-TCM-CPAC and CSO-TESS data.
