This is a list of organisations which can help people deal with a range of issues. We are giving you this information in case you have any further questions about some of the issues raised during the survey.

The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission is an independent public body that accounts directly to the Oireachtas. The Samaritans is a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year support service for anyone who is experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those who have thoughts of suicide and want

Text About it is an anonymous text messaging service, funded by the HSE, that can help you deal with a wide variety of issues such as anxiety, depressions, relationships, grief, self-harm, drug and alcohol misuse, isolation, loneliness, suicide and sadness.
