The National Shared Services Office (NSSO) wishes to advise you that, due to the current Covid-19 emergency, the HR and Payroll Customer Helpdesks are temporarily suspended, with immediate effect. The service has now moved to an email only service, until further notice.

What this means for you:

  • This does not affect the self-service option on the HR portal or on the Core Portal which will continue to be available to all NSSO customers – for example, to enter and approve leave, raise sick absences etc, enter and approve overtime, view payslips etc. 


How you can help:

The NSSO wishes to assure you that we will continue to provide as much essential services to you as we can. In order to help us to do so, we would appreciate if you could consider the following:

  • Have you used our online Portals to source the answer to your query, in the first instance? Links can be found here: http://peoplepoint.gov.ie/https://pssc.gov.ie/
  • Is your query urgent or could it wait until things have quietened down a little?
  • Does your query have an immediate impact on your pay?

After considering the above and if your query is still urgent, you can continue to email us at the address -

Ba mhian leis an Oifig Náisiúnta um Sheirbhísí Comhroinnte (NSSO) a chur in iúl duit, go bhfuil an Deasc Chabhrach Acmhainní Daonna agus an Deasc Chabhrach Párolla curtha ar fionraí, le héifeacht láithreach, mar thoradh ar phráinn reatha Covid-19. Tá an tseirbhís athraithe anois go seirbhís ríomhphoist amháin, go dtí go bhfógrófar a mhalairt.

Cad a chiallaíonn sé sin duitse:
Ø Ní bheidh aon tionchar ar an rogha féinseirbhíse ar Shuíomh Tairsí AD ná ar Shuíomh Tairsí Core. Beidh na seirbhísí féinseirbhíse sin fós ar fáil do gach custaiméir NSSO – mar shampla chun na rudaí seo a leanas a dhéanamh: Saoire a chur isteach nó a cheadú, neamhláithreacht bhreoiteachta a chruthú srl., ragobair a chur isteach nó a cheadú, duillíní pá a bhreathnú srl.
