- In 2024, 57,212 acres of agricultural land were sold nationally at the median price of €9,988 per acre.
- The national median price of arable land was €17,898 while the national median price for permanent grassland was €9,623.
- The Dublin and South-East regions had the highest median prices per acre of €24,125 and €14,991 respectively.
- The lowest median price per acre was €7,027 in the West region.
- The highest volume of agricultural land, 12,782 acres, was sold in the West region.
- The lowest volume of agricultural land sold was in the Dublin region (475 acres) and South-East region (4,517 acres).
