General cleaning services of buildings:

Includes: Floor cleaning and waxing, interior wall cleaning, furniture polishing, and other janitorial maintenance services including minor repairs

Excludes: Specialised interior cleaning services, such as chimney cleaning, cleaning of fireplaces, stoves, furnaces, incinerators, boilers, ventilation ducts, exhaust units

Pricing Example – General cleaning services of buildings.

When providing a product, your descriptions should contain:

Description of a representative contract or model which would be priced on a continual basis. In some cases, this may be a regular repeatable contract
Any important details that will help with repricing in future quarters

Product: Contract to clean building for company (this should be a regular repeatable contract, price per hour/per day etc)

Window cleaning services:

Includes: Services consisting of cleaning windows in dwellings and other buildings. Included here are cleaning services for exterior windows using swing stages

Excludes: Agricultural sites, central heating systems, exterior cleaning services, furnace and chimneys and carpets, upholstery etc.
