Accounting review services:

• Includes: Reviewing services of annual and interim financial statements and other accounting information

Compilation services of financial statements:

• Includes: Compilation services for financial statements from information provided by the client and preparation services for business tax returns
• Excludes: Business tax preparation services, when provided as separate services

Bookkeeping services:

• Excludes: Payroll services, including payroll computation and ledgers, bookkeeping services related to tax returns and bill collection services

• Includes: Other accounting services such as attestations, valuations, preparation services for pro forma statements, etc.

Corporate tax consulting and preparation services:

• Includes: Corporate tax consulting and preparation of returns for all kinds of taxes
