• Includes: Provision of public switched telephone network to national and international destinations
• Excludes: Fixed telephony calling features for a separate fee or private line or local loop services

Fixed telephony services - calling features:

• Includes: Call management services for a fee separate from the access fee (e.g., call waiting, call forwarding etc., Landline phone only package)

Private network services for wired telecommunications systems:

• Includes: Wired telecommunication links between specified points for exclusive use of the client
• Excludes: Provision of private links by a telecommunication carrier to a wired telecommunication service provider

Carrier services for wired telecommunications:

• Includes: Software used in the development of computer programs and software products that support the professional developer in the design, development and implementation of software charging for interconnection, settlement or termination of domestic or international calls, charging long-distance carriers for calls originating at a pay phone or within another carrier’s local network, charging for jointly used facilities such as pole attachment, charging for the exclusive use of circuits
• Excludes: Carriage of wired internet traffic by one ISP for another ISP

Data transmission services over wired telecommunications networks:

• Includes: Provision of access to wired facilities on a pay as you use basis
• Excludes: Wired telecommunication links between specified points for exclusive use of the client

Internet backbone services:

• Includes: Carrier services of Internet traffic by one ISP for another ISP

Narrow-band Internet access services over wired networks:

• Includes: Direct wired connection to the internet at speeds below 256 Kbps

Broad-band Internet access services over wired networks:

• Includes: Direct wired connection to the Internet at speeds 256 Kbps and higher, e.g. Fibre Broadband Packages [100MB/500MB/1GB]

Other wired Internet telecommunications services:

• Includes: Provision of wired telecommunications over the Internet other than Internet Access

Home programme distribution services over wired infrastructure, basic programming package:

• Includes: Subscriber access to a basic range of programming services via wired infrastructure generally for a monthly fee

Home programme distribution services over wired infrastructure, discretionary programming package:

• Includes: Subscriber programming services via wired infrastructure in addition to those included in the basic package for a fee in addition to the basic monthly fee

Home programme distribution services over wired infrastructure, pay-per-view:

• Includes: Providing subscribers the ability to view a specific program (movie or event) via wired infrastructure from his home for a fee in addition to the monthly fee for basic or discretionary programming packages

• Includes: Provision by a telecommunication carrier of wireless facilities to originate, terminate, or transit calls for another telecommunications service provider, charging for interconnection, settlement or termination of domestic or international calls, charging long-distance carriers for calls originating at a pay phone or within another carriers local network, charging for jointly used facilities such as pole attachments, charging for the exclusive use of circuits

Broad-band Internet access services over wireless networks:

• Includes: Direct wireless connection to the Internet at speeds above 256 Kbps

• Includes: Wireless telecommunications services such as fax, audio and video conferencing etc.
