The CSO has launched a new Customer Satisfaction Survey to hear about how we can improve our services and meet the needs of everyone who uses CSO information. We want everyone to have their say and tell us what matters to them.
We are inviting all users of our data, whether they are experts or those with a casual interest in Official Statistics, to take part in the Customer Satisfaction Survey and tell us what they think of the work of the CSO, how we communicate our information, and the value of independent data.
We want to better understand the needs of our users so we can continue to develop the products and services that best meet those needs.
We invite you to add your voice to ensure that we have the widest possible representation of our customers.
The CSO Customer Satisfaction Survey is a short online survey which should take 5-10 minutes to complete. It will be available through our website and social media channels until 30 June 2025.
