2011 Census Pilot Test

In preparation for Census 2011, the CSO conducted a Census Pilot Survey on 19 April 2009. The Survey took place in 32 Enumeration Areas throughout Ireland. It covered approximately 10,000 households. The purpose of the Pilot was primarily to test new questions.
